We provide three shipping options for your convenience: Free Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping.

Our shipping charges vary depending on the chosen shipping method. Here are the applicable rates:

Please note that you can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of purchase. However, after this timeframe, a 30% charge will be incurred as the item would have entered the production phase.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 7:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the following business day.

Common Shipping Questions

1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Our made-to-order products typically require 3-4 business days for processing. Depending on the product type requested, please allow several days. However, 95% of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days.

2. How long does it take for neon signs to arrive?

We advise allowing up to 14 days from the order date for delivery, though it’s often quicker. Each product is produced to order, custom or preset. Production time is typically 3-4 business days, and shipping takes around 7-10 business days. We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT as shipping partners. Upon dispatch, we’ll email you a detailed tracking number.

3. I’ve been charged import fees/taxes, what should I do?

Customs and duty charges may apply based on various factors. The recipient is responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received it within 5 days, please contact us before initiating a Chargeback, as emails might not be sent automatically sometimes.

5. My tracking number doesn’t work.

Tracking numbers may take 1-3 days to appear in the courier’s system. If it still doesn’t work after four business days, please contact us at [email protected].

6. I haven’t received a shipment notification.

Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at [email protected] with your shipping details.

7. My package is marked delivered, but I never received it.

Check around your premises, ask neighbors, and contact your local post office. If still unresolved, contact us at [email protected].

8. What carriers will ship my order?

We ship via USPS, DHL, or OSM based on the recipient’s address for enhanced delivery speed and cost-effectiveness.

9. Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Allow additional time for deliveries to these addresses.

10. I ordered multiple items but received only one.

Items may be shipped separately for faster delivery. If you believe there’s an error, contact us at [email protected].

11. Shipping multiple orders:

Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

12. Shipping to multiple locations:

We cannot split orders and ship to multiple locations. Place separate orders for each shipping address.

13. Address changes:

Once an order enters processing, we cannot change the shipping address.
