Design Selection: How do I choose a design?
You have the option to select from Kraft Neon’s existing designs or utilize our complimentary design service.
Requesting a Free Design: How can I request a free design?
If you wish to create your own Neon Signs by providing us with a brief, kindly complete our Design Request Form (or drop us a message on our Facebook page). Ensure to include a clear description of your desired design along with your email address. Once you’ve submitted your idea, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please verify your request to receive a free draft and pricing details within 24 hours.
Modifications to Design: What if I need to modify the design after receiving a draft?
We provide complimentary design services and responsive customer support. Simply indicate the necessary modifications, and our Kraft Neon designers will adjust the prototype to meet your preferences.
Order Placement: How do I proceed with an order once I’ve approved the design?
Upon approval, we’ll send you a price quote along with a link to the product. Please utilize the provided link to complete your purchase.

Materials and Safety:
- What materials are used for the neon signs?
Our signs are custom-made using premium flexible neon LED piping and a proprietary PVC molding technique. These LEDs are affixed to a durable, transparent acrylic backdrop tailored to shape. Compared to traditional glass neon signage, this material offers increased durability and environmental friendliness.
- Are the neon signs safe?
Our LED neon signs are designed as safer alternatives to traditional glass neon signs. Utilizing LEDs encased in plastic rather than gas within glass tubes, they emit minimal heat and are shatterproof, ensuring suitability for environments with children and pets.
Longevity and Warranty: How long will the neon sign last?
Our signs feature LEDs with a lifespan of 50,000 hours, equivalent to over 5 years of continuous operation. Additionally, all our neon signs come with a 24-month warranty, enabling free replacement in case of any issues.
Installation Instructions: How do I install the sign?
Installing our neon signs is a quick and easy process, typically completed in under 5 minutes. Here are the steps:
- Carefully unbox the sign, ensuring not to damage it or its cables.
- Connect the power cords to the sign and plug them into a power source. Utilize the provided remote control for on/off, dimming, and effect adjustments.
- Choose your preferred hanging method, such as nails, hooks, or wall-hanging strips, and follow the instructions accordingly.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Time: How long does delivery take?
We advise allowing up to 14 days for delivery from the order date, though it often arrives sooner. Production typically takes 3-4 business days, with shipping averaging 7-10 business days.
Tracking and Import Fees: Can I track my order?
Yes, we’ll email you a tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of import fees or taxes, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Issues with Delivery: What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us promptly for assistance. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
Returns and Refunds: Can I return my order?
