Upon completing your purchase, an automatic order confirmation email will be dispatched. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder. Reach out to our Customer Service if you haven’t received the confirmation.

While we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, we understand that issues may arise. We’re here to address your concerns and find suitable solutions. However, it’s crucial to review the following conditions regarding cancellations, modifications, replacements, returns, or refunds for your items:

Order Returns: Due to the customized nature of our products, tailored for each customer, we cannot accept returns.

Order Replacement/Refund: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your items (as indicated by the courier tracking system) to request replacements or refunds. After this period, such requests will not be valid. Specific scenarios include:

  • Poor quality.
  • Items differing significantly from approved designs or website representations.
  • Defective or incorrect orders.
  • Delivery damage: Refunds are available if shipping insurance was selected.
  • Wrong items: Free replacements are provided.
  • Order not received: Refund or replacement within 30 days, excluding customer mistakes or missed parcel deliveries.

Sale Items: Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or replacements, not sale items.

Failure to Deliver or Return to Sender:

  • Incorrect address: Order modifications are permitted within 24 hours of email confirmation. Failure to deliver due to incorrect addresses will not warrant resending or refunds unless a corrected address incurs a fee.
  • Refusal to sign: Assumes the buyer no longer wants the item; refunds or returns are not honored.

Returned-to-Sender Orders: Coordinate with your local post office and inform us at [email protected] for assistance.

PO Boxes or Front-Door Mailboxes: We’re not liable for lost packages to these addresses.

Reshipping Packages: Reshipping is free once; otherwise, a 30% handling fee applies for refunds.

Force Majeure: Refunds are unavailable for delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, etc.

How to Request a Replacement/Refund:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the product and the QR code/Cover Package on a flat, well-lit surface.
  2. Email [email protected] explaining your request, attaching the photos, and providing relevant details.

We’ll respond within 48 hours, requesting further clarification if necessary. If your request is approved:

  • Replacement: We’ll ship a new item via standard shipping.
  • Refund: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, then your bank. If issues persist, contact us at [email protected].
