RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns Policy: Due to the customized nature of our products, tailored for each customer, we cannot accept returns.

Replacement/Refund Policy: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your items (as indicated by the courier tracking system) to request replacements or refunds. After this period, such requests will not be valid. Specific scenarios include:
